Executive Academy Improvement Group

The Executive Principal has established an Executive Academy Improvement Group (EAIG) composed of the Executive Principal, the Secondary and Primary Strategic Academy Improvement Leads (SAILs) and all Academy Principals.  A framework for Trust development has been drawn up which clearly shows the method of working of the Trust.  It articulates the 4 outcomes which the Trust will deliver and is supported by a detailed strategic plan.  The 4 key outcomes are:

  1. To deliver outstanding outcomes for all learners
  2. To recruit and retain the best people
  3. To sustain effective strategic partnerships to improve The Heath Family as it grows
  4. To manage all resources in a prudent manner and achieve value for money

The EAIG meets half-termly to ensure that the plan is delivered and is monitored and evaluated to determine its efficacy in delivering the 4 key outcomes.

The EAIG are also responsible for overseeing the brokerage of all school improvement support for academies, including support from within the Trust.
